PORT GIBSON REVEILLE: Looking Back by Sarah P. Crisler. This week 1951. Mr Alonzo C. Callender, several terms County Supervisor from the Second District, died March 1 after a long illness. He is survived by one son, B. B. Callender of Port Gibson; one daughter Mrs. Ruth Green of Houston, Texas, two sisters and one half brother.
