Ray Nelson Eddy
Ray Nelson Eddy, 64, passed away on June 26, 2008. He was born in Corning, New York and has been in Crawfordville since 1987 coming from Branford, Florida. He was a glazer and was retired from Ray's Glass Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Crawfordville with burial at Aaran Annex Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Harvey-Young Funeral Home in Crawfordville, Florida and Thursday, July 3, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at First Baptist Church of Crawfordville.
He is survived by five sons: Gary Sherman Eddy of Gainesville, Florida, Randall Ray Eddy of Leesville, Louisiana, Russell Donald Eddy of Crawfordville, Florida, Christopher Byron Eddy of Fort Myers, Florida and Donald Ray Eddy of Eaglesville, Pennsylvania; one daughter: Rachel May Brammer of High Springs, Florida; three brothers: Ivan Eddy and George Eddy of Corning, New York, and Archie Eddy of Trenton, Florida; six sisters: Marie Peterson and Marjie Martin of Corning, New York, Darline Moore of Campbell, New York, Delinda Dann of Monterey, New York, RoseAnn Roland of Trenton, Florida, and Sandy Van Vllet of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania; a grandmother: Mary McKinley of Crawfordville, Florida; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
