Paris "P.W." Alford, 72, of Oklahoma City, died Saturday, April 22, 2000, in Edmond, Okla. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 26 at Belle Vista Cemetery in El Dorado.
He was born May 17, 1927 in Texas. He married Janice Mobley on July 4, 1976 in Las Vegas. She survives.
He was self-employed in the construction business and had lived in Edmond since 1984. He was a member of First Baptist Church. During World War II he served his country in the United States Navy.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Kenneth D. Hunt of Oklahoma City and Scott Parks of El Dorado; a daughter, Lisa Bowers of Oklahoma City; and a grandson, Brandon Bowers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
