Mr. Plummer attended Union College in Schenectady, NY and was a photographer for the Bridgeport(CT) Post-Telegram from 1943 to 1972. When he moved to New Hampshire he served as president of the Mt. Washington Chapter #720 of the American Association of Retired Person and was on the board of directors of the Hill & Vale Condominium Association as well as the Gibson Center for Senior Citizens in North Conway, NH. He died at the home of his granddaughter.
