The former Julia Yurk, she was born in Russia, Sept. 22, 1897, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Yurk. She came to Sheboygan with her family in 1902, attended the former Horace Mann School and was married to Mr. Fritz, Jan 6, 1917 in Ebenezer Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Reinhold W., Manitowoc; four daughters, Mrs. Henry Hoppe, (Esther), Sheboygan, Mrs. William Schreiber (Ruth) and Mrs. Gerald Albers (Joan), Milwaukee, and Mrs. Melvin Kummer (Lois), West Bend; 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Millie Harnburgh, Makelumne Hills, Calif.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Ramm Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donald Schulz, assistant pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
