On Thursday January 31 2002 of Medford NJ went home to be with the Lord at the Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She was 18 yrs. of age. Born in Washington Twp. NJ she has resided in Medford NJ most of her life. A 2001 Graduate of Shawnee High School in Medford NJ where she was involved in DECA. She was a member of the Fellowship Alliance Chapel in Medford NJ. Stefani fought a courageous battle with Leukemia thanks to her faith her family and her friends. She is the beloved daughter of B. Brian and Mari Lynne (nee Burnham) Snyder of Medford NJ and the loving sister of B.J. Melani and Richie Snyder all at home. She is also survived by her Paternal Grandparents Jon & Helen Snyder of Hammonton NJ her Maternal Grandparents Lee & Glenda Burnham of N. Platte NE her Maternal Great Grandmother Mary Belle Rogers of N. Platte NE and many aunts uncles and other relatives and friends. All are invited to greet the family on Monday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Fellowship Alliance Chapel 199 Church Rd Medford NJ where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements by the Bradley & Stow Funeral Home Medford NJ (609-953-7600).
