Age 64, of Marietta, GA died Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Jeff was born in Detroit, MI on May 9, 1947 to the late Andrew and Stephanie Bortak.
He was employed for more than 25 years as an Engineer at Lockheed Martin in Marietta.
Jeff loved to travel, cruise the Great Lakes in Michigan and the Caribbean Islands.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dianne Holt Bortak; sister, Andrea Ann Cates and his niece, Ashley Shannon Cates.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 20th at 1 p.m. at the Carmichael Funeral Home Chapel in Marietta
With the Reverend Banks Brazell officiating.
Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
