A former Celanese employee, he entered the armed forces in March, 1943, trained at Camp Van Dorn, Miss., Shreveport, La., and Camp Maxey, Texas, and left for overseas service last October. He fought in an infantry regiment of the 99th Division.

Killed in the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium on December 26, 1944, and buried in Henri-Chapelle Military Cemetery there, the body of Pvt. Robert E. Densock, 20, Cresaptown, came home to stay yesterday. His body arrived here late in the afternoon and was taken to the Hafer Funeral Home where the above picture shows members of the family looking at the flag-draped casket. Left to right they are Betty and Corrine Densock, sisters, Jack Densock, a brother, and the father, Daniel A. Densock. Funeral services for the World War II veteran, whose body arrived in New York on October 28 aboard the Army Transport Joseph V. Connolly with more than 6,000 other dead soldiers, were held this afternoon in the Hafer Funeral Home with full military rites conducted by the American Legion.
