JORDAN-Mrs.Lula Belle Jordan, 76 of 2050 Market Street passed away early Monday afternoon in a local hospital.
She was a native of Withers, GA, and had resided in Jacksonville for over fifty years. She was a member of the Liberty Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter Mrs. Blanche E. Bayer, one son Charles Overmier of Thomasville, GA, Three grandsons Leroy and Bobby Overmier of Thomasville, GA and Grady W. Mathis, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, a sister Mrs. Lillie Hough of Valdosta, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday in the chapel of Hardage & Sons Estes-Krauss Northside. Funeral Home 34th and Main Street with Rev. H C Tison of Yulee, FL officiating.
Interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
