Breda - Mr. and Mrs. Ed Mohr accompained by Mr. and Mrs. Jack Honk of Sac City were at Armstrong Wednesday, where they attended the funeral of their cousin, Phillip Schulte, which was held at 9 o'clock at the Catholic church at Armstrong. The Rev. B. Eischeld celebrated the requiem high mass.
Mr. Schulte was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Schulte who resided on a farm near Breda. He moved from here to a farm near Auburn and several years ago to a farm near Armstrong.
He was married at Early to Miss Emma Ungrue, a former Breda girl. Survivors are his wife and several children, one sister, Mrs. Lottie Magner of Wall Lake, four brothers, George Schulte of Wagner, S. D., Frank Schulte of Lake City, Ludy Schulte of Sac City and Tony Schulte of Auburn. A sister, Mrs. Mary Thelen died...about two months ago, and a son...in a car accident near Armstrong early last winter.

Phillip married Emma V. Ungrue of Breda, Iowa, on January 26, 1904. They were the parents of Viola C., Norma M., Lloyd F.,Delbert A., Valda J.D., and adopted son, Raphael D.
His sister, Helena, (Mrs. John Gute) and brother, Joseph, also preceded him in death.
