Services for Juanita Marie "Hammer" Broughton, 40, Tyler, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Galilee Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Galilee Cemetery under direction of Brooks-Sterling & Garrett Funeral Directors, Tyler.
Ms. Broughton died May 8, 2011. She was born Oct. 9, 1970, in Tyler and was a lifelong resident. She was a cosmetologist and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Survivors include her mother, Pleasie Broughton; sister, Angelia Price, and godparents, John and Underella Reed.
Viewing and visitation will be 1 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
