Cecil Carlton Serrins Kilts was the daughter of Lyon Serrins (1881-1954) and Grayce Gould (1881-1969). Her husbands included:

1) Leland Quinlan (1889-1932), married around 1921, had three daughters together: Cecil J. in 1923, Barbara J. in 1926 and Nancy J. in 19282) Charles O. "Whitie" Johnson, married in 1930s, had three sons together: Charles in 1934, Bobby in 1935 and Paul in 1940; and 3) Lee Streeter Kilts (1897-1977), whom she married on 20 Nov 1949.
