He was born in Stumptown, the son of the late Mancil Conrad and Geneva Riddle Conrad.
He worked in heavy equipment sales and was a member of Oak Hill Church of God of Prophecy, Temple, Ga. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Glada Groves Conrad; two sons, Danny Conrad and Mark Conrad, both of Carrollton; one brother, Haymond Conrad of Grantsville; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Geraldine Conrad.
Services were held at J. Collins Funeral Home, Villa Rica, Ga., with Rev. Ralph Bryant officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Church of God of Prophecy Cemetery with full military honors.
