Robert McNeal (Bob) Fisher was born February 18, 1941 to Sue Adeline McNealy and Frank Otterbein Fisher in Little Rock, Arkansas. His mother died when he was 7 days old. He was married to Sandra Fuller on Feb. 5, 1965 in Little Rock, Arkansas. They had one son,Robert McNeal Fisher, Jr.
Bob was in the US Navy for six years. He was in the UDT.
Bob graduated from Little Rock Central High School,
Little Rock, Arkansas, attended University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and graduated from Northeast University, Monroe, La. where he also worked on his Masters in Psychology. Bob was an avid NRA member. Bob loved his boxer, Dirk Diggler.
Bob died October 31, 2002 from complications of Colen Cancer and a massive stroke.
