Charles Henry Garrett, Jr., husband of Alice M. Garrett, of 221 North New Street, died suddenly last evening in his 59th year.

Charles Garrett lived the greater portion of his life in Chester County. He was the eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Garrett, wnd was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian church where a host of friends in the community mourn his passing.

The deceased was lately employed by Wyeth, Incorporated, of West Chester, and for many years had been a member of the Woodman of the World Fraternal Order. He was a veteran of World War I.

Surviving Mr. Garret's passing, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Alice Anne, and the following brothers and sisters: Willaim F. Garrett, larchmont; Mrs. Alice G. Diem, of Delware, Ohio; Caspter R. Garrett, of Upland: Ernest J. Garrett, of Haverford; Darwin P. Garrett, of West Chester; and Mrs. Elizabeth G. Fisher, of Havertown.

His mother passed away in November of last year; a sister, Mrs. Elsie M. Morton, passed away in May of this yer, and another sister, Mrs. Anna N. Moore, passed away in 1943.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral at the Hrold A. Famous Funeral Home, 101 S. Church St., West Chester, Pa on Sunday, Dec 11, at 2 p.m. Interment at Greenmount cemetery. Friends may call Saturday evening.
