COON, Ray Mann - age 65, died Sunday, January 26, 1992 at Flint Osteopathic Hospital. Funeral Services will be 2 PM Thursday, January 30,1992 at the Hill Funeral Home, Rev. Duane F. Sweet officiating. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, where Graveside Military Rites will be conducted by Davison VFW Post #4087. the family will be at the funeral home 1-4 and 7-9 PM Tuesday and Wednesday. Mr Coon was born in Flint, MI., June 19, 1926. He has served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He had been employed at Consumers Power Company in Flint for 25 years. Surviving are: 2 daughters, Sandra Abbot of Fenton, Vicki Frost of grand Blanc; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 brother . A.J. and wife Marguerite Coon of Flint; 3 sisters, Mary Marie Carson of Flint, Mildred and husband Lavern Bacon of Davison, Isabel and husband Jack Abrams of Titusville, FL; Many nieces and nephews.
Ray had two other marriages, Rita Mae Gill, marriage March 27, 1961 and Joyce Marie Nowlin, marriage October 23, 1965
