Served in WWII as a Chaplain in the European Theater for the U.S. Army. Served as a Chaplain for General George Patton's Third Army in England, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Battle of the Bulge. Former Pastor of the Grace Episcopal Church in Sterling, Illinois.
