Murder Victim. Sandra Kay Gabbert was last seen in April of 1983 on Pacific Highway South near South 142nd Street. Her body was found in April of 1984 at the Star Lake Road area, a wooded, isolated spot. She was known to have a free spirit and was a friendly person. The daughter of Nancy Gabbert, she was close with her mother and had a baby sister. She was seventeen years old at the time of her disappearance. She was a murder victim of Gary Leon Ridgway, known as "The Green River Killer" who was responsible for the murders of 49 women in Seattle, Washington, between 1982 and 1984.
