Harriet Ann Marlow was born in Shasta County, CA in 1877 to James Robert and Emily Parham Marlow. She was the youngest of five children. She grew up in Shasta and Siskiyou Counties and she married Roy A. Neal on June 7, 1898 in Sisson (Mt. Shasta) CA. They had two children: Bernice F. and Letha Mae. She divorced Roy and moved to Cody, Wyoming to be near her family who had also moved there. Harriet worked as a nurse in Wyoming before marrying Henry Jellison Fulton of Cody in Sheridan, WY. Henry was a close friend of Buffalo Bill and owned cattle ranches in the Cody and Woodland, CA areas. Henry and Harriet had one son, Henry Richard Fulton. She was living with this son in Oroville at the time of her death.
