Mrs Novellia Beeson, aged 70 years, 10 months and 5 days, died at her home, 304 Madison Avenue, at 1:15 o'clock Sunday morning, after an illness with dropay(sic). The funeral will be held from the Wesleyan Methodist church on Thirteenth street, of which the decedent was a member, at 2:30 o'clock Tuedsday afternoon. The serice will be conducted by Rev AQ Kelley and burial will be in the Sharpee cemetary, two miles southwest of Peru.
The deceased, who was the widow of Newell Beeson, was born in Carmel, Ind. and came to Peru from Wabash with her family 35 years ago. Four sons and two daughters survive. They are Allen Beeson of Knox, Ind, John Beeson of Whiting, Ind, Frank Beeson of Peru, William Beeson of Hartford City, and Mrs Elmer Hiers and Mrs Burt Mitchell, both of Peru. A brother John Haynes lives in Los Angeles, Calif.
