Leslie Calvin Lewis, 82, of Maurepas, died Saturday, August 8, 2009, at Hammond Nursing Home. He was born in Maurepas, son of the late Octave and Lucille Brown Lewis, and husband of the late Mildred Anderson Lewis. He was a retired Pipefitter, and veteran of World War II. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula from 9:30 am until the 1 pm
