George was born in Ridgeville Corners, Henry, Ohio, the son of Adam Moll (1857-1943) and Frances "Fannie" Baumgartner Moll(1864-1945). He married Dorothy Wilhoite from Louisville, Kentucky. He was a farmer and a great "grandparent". He was a quiet man but very unselfish.
Since Dorothy and George lived across the road, my brother and I went to visit them Saturdays when we weren't busy. They always had candy on hand when we got there.
One night my brother and I were alone in our house and the garage light started to flicker on and off. We were probably 12 and seven. We were glued to our chairs. I called our parents and they called George to see if he would check on the situation. We watched him go into the garage. Then he came into our house. We were very happy to see him. It was a just a loose light bulb.
Thanks so much George. You deserve to be an honorary grandparent.
