Cassie Able Dies Tuesday At Residence
Mrs. Cassie Lou Able, 63, Route 4, Hillsboro died at her residence Tuesday morning.
Mrs. Able was born in Tennessee, the daughter of David Calvin and Mary Young. She came to McLennan County when she was five years old. She married Dan Able on Feb. 23, 1924. They moved to the residence on Route 4 on Nov. 14, 1952. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband: one brother; George Young of Clifton; one son, Raymond Autry Able of Hillsboro; four daughters, Mrs. Wilma Fay Cohlmia of Waynocka, Okla., Mrs. Juanita King and Mrs. Betty Dale Barnes of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Orene Carol Reeves of Norman, Okla; and ten grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Marshall and Marshall with burial in the Oak Wood Cemetery in Waco.
