Services for Kyle E. Eagleton will be 11:00 a.m., Thurs., April 7, 2011 in the Chapel of the Garden at Rice Funeral Service. Kyle will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery following the service. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wed., April 6th with family receiving visitors from 6:00 to 8:00.

Kyle was called home on April 2, 2011.

A Claremore native, Kyle was educated at Claremore schools, Oklahoma State University and the University of Arkansas. He developed a love for the commercial construction business and worked as a project director. An avid outdoorsman, Kyle loved to fish, hunt, hike and take canoe trips.

His love for the outdoors was exceeded only by his love for his beautiful daughter, Erin and his family. Kyle loved to laugh and will be remembered for his gentle spirit, generosity, and charming wit. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Erin Lane Irene Eagleton, his mother, Linda Eagleton, his father Don Eagleton and wife Lynn, his brothers and sisters, Don Eagleton, Jr., Vickie Jameson, Mendy and Gary Stone, Phillip Eagleton, and Pam Beezer.

Kyle is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nobel and Irene Wilson and Bud and Faye Eagleton.

He had the opportunity to form an especially close bond with his niece Amanda Stone and his nephew Brett Stone.

For those wishing to honor Kyle's memory, the family encourages donations to wildlife funds or local charities.
