Mr. Floyd E. Moore, Sr. - Monday, July 4, 1960. Survived by wife, Mrs. Dora Watson Moore, of Nashville, daughters, Mrs. N.P. Samples, Mrs. William C. Tucker, Mrs. W. N. Brooks, all of Nashville, Mrs. Roy W. Goodman of Mt. Juliet, and Mrs. Leamon Pilkinton of Decatur, Ga.; son, Floyd Moore Jr.; brothers, Walter, Roy and Lewis Moore, all of Nashville, and Ollie Moore of Russellville, Ky., sisters, Mrs. Lula Snell of Akron, Ohio and Mrs. Tom Autrey of Marietta, Ga., and 9 grandchildren. Remains are at the chapel of Pettus Owen & Wood, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 6, at 2 pm, by Bro. Farris Baird, and Bro. I. C. Finley. The following will please serve as pallbearers: Honorary: B. of L. F. & E. Active: Monroe Bumpus, T. L. McMillon, Kenneth Faler, Fletcher Stelle, Vernon Cobb, and Ed Lee. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
