1520 Juniper Street, Junction City, who died March 4, 1979 at the age of 78. He was born December 3, 1900 in DeQueen,
Arkansas and was married to Snow Irene Rush November 28, 1928 in Levelland, Texas. He came to this area 32 years ago.
He worked in a feed mill until his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Snow; a son, Jim Pate of Junction City" a daughter, Melodese Korstad of Eugene; 3 brothers: Ilo of Junction City; Dewitt of Quincy; J.W. of Reno; 3 sisters: Opal Nickolsen of Portland; Lucille King and Ann Lou, both of Oklahoma City-, 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grand- children. Reverend Dan Clausen officiated. Private interment was in Rest Lawn Cemetery, Junction City.
