For 50 years' service, Robert L. Ohnmeiss (left) receives a half-century button from W.R. Garner, district engineer of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Mr. Ohnmeiss, who lives at 2028 Federal Avenue, has been a P.R.R. track forman for the last 32 years. His son's [i.e. Paul's] U.S. Social Security application form indicates that Robert's middle name was "LaRue" and his mother's maiden name was spelled as: "MURRNAN". On March 12, 2002, his daughter, Lucille, confirmed it was LaRue. Their family Bible has it recorded as "LaRue" and NOT Leo.
Robert died at the age of: 80 years, 9 months, 23 days
