Mrs. Martha Mae Ellrick, 714 North Church street, died in Decatur & Macon county hospital at 8 o'clock Sunday morning. She had been critically ill for the last week. For several months she had been suffering from a complication of diseases.
She was born on Aug l, 1870 [sic] in Argenta. She leaves her husband, John E. Ellrick and the following children: Bessie, Dourghty, Walter, John Jr. and Warren, all living at home. She also leaves four sisters and three brothers. She was a member of the First Methodist church.
The funeral will be in the Moran chapel at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
