Linda E. Fields of Miami, OK, went to be with her Lord and her sweetie and other loved ones Wednesday March 16, 2011 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was 65.
Mrs. Fields was born April 27, 1945 in Stella, AR, to John Paul and Zilla (Walker) Moudy. She had lived in Miami all her life and was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Quapaw, Ok. Linda retired from B.F. Goodrich and worked at Miami Laundry and Dry Cleaning as a seamstress.

She married Jerry Lee Fields May 11, 1985 and he preceded her in death on January 8, 2009. She was also preceded by her parents, 2 sisters June Phillips and Paula Morris and a brother Connes Ray Moudy.

Lance Sumpter and wife Sharon of Ponchatoula, LA,
Daughter Mary Sue Gering of Miami, OK
2 Brothers John Paul Moudy, Jr. and wife Pam of Kansas City, MO,

Funeral Services will be Tuesday March 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, OK. Rev. Robert Nutting and Rev. Robert Cody will officiate. Pallbearers will be Stacy Greenfeather, Donnie Greenfeather, Josh Bear, Jeff Garrett, Billy Huff and Robert Leeds. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home. Interment will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Services are under the direction of Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, OK. Online condolences may be made at www.paulthomasfuneralhomes.com
