Services for Dorris E. (sic) Craig, of Frankenmuth, Mich., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, 1997 at Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home in Carrier Mills, where friends may call after 8 a.m. Thursday until service time. The Rev. Jack Stallings will officiate with burial in Bolton-Trammell Cemetery at Stonefort.
Mr. Craig, husband of Edith Craig, formerly of Stonefort, died Saturday, Dec 6, 1997 in Bay City, Mich.

Dorris D. Craig, 86, of Frankenmuth, Mich., formerly of Stonefort, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997, in Bay City, Mich.
He was born July 21, 1911, in Stonefort and was the son of the late John E. and Nellie (Gurley) Craig.
Mr. Craig is survived by his wife, Edith of Frankenmuth, Mich.; a son Gordon of Brighton, Mich.; two daughters, Patricia of California and Marianne of Milford, Mich.; three sisters, Virginia Ledford and Ninnietta Frank of Paducah, Ky. and Vivian Ross of Tunnell Hill; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was, in addition to his parents, preceded in death by five brothers, Harry, Mac, Russell, Chastin and U.B. Craig, and a sister, Teresa.
Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until time of service Thursday, Dec. 10, 1997 at Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Jack Stallings will officiate. Burial will be in Bolton-Trammell cemetery in Stonefort.
