Bruce Morton Garver, the manager of this Memorial, is the grandson of John Frederick "Fred" Garver (1881-1953) who is a second cousin to Corina May (Garver) Giggy 1883–1972) whose "bio" and that of her second husband, Frederick Draggoo "Fred" Giggy (1886–1965), has below been written by Bruce Morton Garver, Corina May (Garver) Giggy's second cousin-twice-removed.

Frederick Draggoo "Fred" Giggy was born in LaGrange County, Indiana, on April 22, 1886, to Oscar Lewis Giggy (1858-1951) and Ida Belle (Draggoo) Giggy (1882-1954). Fred Giggy is their only known child.

During the year 1900, Frederick Draggoo "Fred" Giggy wed Amy Bertha Chase (1882–1954), the eldest of the two children of William S. Chase (1851–1894) and Mary Ellen (Johnson) Clayton (1858–1926). Amy Bertha's younger brother is Emery Robinson Chase (1893–1974) who wed Katie Anna (Lubbers) Chase (1899–1998) with whom Emery raised one son, Marion Emery Chase (1927–2013), who would serve in the U. S. Army during World War II.

(2) Ruth Isabel Giggy was born on August 18, 1906, in Illinois. Her date of death, grave location, and marital status have not yet been ascertained. Ruth has no FAG Memorial.
(3) Oscar William"Bill" Giggy was born on Sept. 24, 1908, in Indiana, and died on Dec. 12 1985, at Springfield, seat of Greene County, Missouri. "Bill" Giggy wed twice, the first time to Laura Mae Ross Giggy (1910–1968) who was born Sept. 17, 1910, in Little Rock, capitol city of Arkansas. She died on January 15, 1968, at Springfield, seat of Greene County, Missouri. "Bill" Giggy's second wife, Ona Marie (Sims) Giggy (1915–1994), whom he wed during 1970 in Fremont County, Colorado, was born on August 1, 1915, at Iola in Allen County, Kansas, Kansas, and died on Sept. 2, 1994, at Springfield, , seat of Greene County, Missouri. The couple had no children.
(4) Frederick Chase Giggy was born on April 25, 1916, in Missouri, never married. Frederick died on January 10, 2001, at Santa Cruz, seat of Santa Cruz County, California.
(5) Frieda Margaret (Giggy) Rebori was born on Dec. 27, 1917, at Greenfield in Dade County, Missouri, and died on Nov. 25, 2002, in Springfield, seat of Greene Co., Missouri.
(6) Jack Emery Giggy was born on Nov. 17, 1919, at Greenfield in Dade County, Missouri, and died on June 23, 1960, at Springfield, seat of Greene County, Missouri.

Fred Draggoo Giggy earned a living as a merchant, primarily in Springfield, Missouri. After the death on August 9, 1954, of his wife, Amy Bertha (Chase) Giggy, Fred Draggoo Giggy in 1955 wed Corina May (Garver) Whitlock (1883- 1972), the second-born of the three daughters of Clair James Garver (1851-1928) and Drusilla Theresa (Jones) Garver (1851-1932) who had wed in 1879. Corina May (Garver) Whitlock was the widow of George Lafayette Whitlock (1874–1954) with whom she had raised.no children. Corina became a loving stepmother to Bill Giggy's six children, all of whom were adults by the time of Corina's and Bill's marriage in 1955.

Fred Draggoo Giggy died at the age of seventy-eight on January 27, 1965, in Springfield, seat of Greene County, Missouri, where several days later he was interred at Eastlawn Cemetery beside the grave of his first wife, Amy Bertha (Chase) Giggy (1882-1954). Seven years and nine months later, Fred's second wife, Corina May (Garver) Whitlock Giggy, died on October 27, 1972, and was interred close to his grave at Eastlawn Cemetery in Springfield, seat of Greene County, Missouri,
