Virginia, along with her husband, Charles, lived most of their lives in Toledo, OH. They moved to Wauseon to be near their daughter, Gale, son-in-law, Bob, and grandchildren. She was like a second mother to me. We called her "Grandma Ginny".
She and Charlie were killed in a head-on collision when their car went left of center. They were killed instantly. No one else was hurt.
