Hezekiah is the son of Alexander and Nancy (Perdue) West. Alexander died either in Washington, Miami, Ohio or in Illinois about 1855. He was a Brick Mason. Nancy then marries Andrew McAllister in McLean County Illinois in 1858 and that is where the West children live before moving to Kansas. Not sure what happens in 1897, but Hezekiah and two of his young children die that year, relatively close together in date. I would love more information on this family.
