Leonard G. Creger

Tecumseh -- Leonard Gerald Creger, 50 years old, of 413 South Evans Street, died Monday night at his home. He had suffered with a heart condition for several years.
The son of Fred and Venia Fielder Creger, he was born March 11, 1914 in Macon. On Dec. 30, 1953 he was married to Hazel Knowles Fromm. Mr. Creger was a member of the Eagles lodge.
In addition to his wife he is survived by four sons, Richard of Clayton, Larry of Onsted, Douglas of Clayton and Michael at home; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Janice? Luck of Tipton; four brothers, Harold, Donald, Gerald and Harvey, all of Tecumseh; two sisters, Mrs. James (Lilah) Shavalier and Mrs. Fred (Freda) Brighton, both of Tecumseh and his father of Tecumseh.
His mother and a daughter preceded him in death.
Services will be Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in the Green-Dunn Funeral Home. The Rev. Duane McNeil of Britton will officiate. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery.

Married first to Queen Violet Dickerson and then to Hazel.
