Cecile Anne graduated from Ogden High School in 1941 and then attended nursing schools in northern Utah. She joined the Point Four Program and was sent to Teheran, Iran, in 1951, as a Public Health Nurse. She was killed in a plane crash on Christmas Day of 1952 near the Teheran Airport. Her brother, Charles Francis DeMoisy, was killed in World War II as a fighter pilot in France. He is buried in France but has a memorial stone in the Provo City Cemetery with the rest of his family.
