Graveside services for longtime Lawton area resident Edna Metcalf, 91, who died Thursday at Walters following a lengthy illness, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Mardell Lynch will officiate. Arrangements are under direction of Huddleston's Greenlawn Funeral Home, Lawton.
Mrs. Metcalf was born Dec. 21, 1890, in Dallas. She had lived in the Paradise Valley community most of her life. She married Streeter Metcalf April 12, 1912, in Lawton. He died July 12, 1974. She was a retired nurse.
Survivors include son, Lloyd, Redding, Calif.; a sister, Verna Beeson, Cassville, Mo.; three brothers: Ellis Bishop and Merrill Bishop, both of Cassville, and Scott Bishop, Escondido, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
