NELSON, George A. --- 312 Lake St. Tawas City, age 49, died Sunday, Ap ril 23, 1967 at Tawas City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. We dnesday, at the Mt. Vernon Chapel, Brown Funeral Home. Mr. Nelson will lie in state at the Brown Funeral Home, 1616 Davison Rd. He was born in Flint on January 8 , 1915 and had resided here most of his life. Surviving are; wife Dorothy; 6 children; Mrs. Warren (Shirley) Coon, Mrs. Douglas ( Patricia ) Peterson, Mrs. Robert ( Bonnie ) Palmateer, and Mr. Ronnie Nelson, all of Flint. Shirlene and Jimmie, both at home ; 7 grandchildren: brother Lawrence; 2 sisters, Ethal Hardin and Dorothy Hyde, all of Flint.
