JOSEPH S. ABRAMS FOUND DEAD AT SON'S HOME
Joseph S. Abrams, father of Floyd W. Abrams of Marcellus, died at the home of his son early Sunday morning. The elder Abrams retired as usual Saturday night, and about 6:30 the. following morning his invalid wife noticed that he was missing. She called to her. son, Floyd, who made a search and found the father dead Mr. Abrams, who was 74, was born in the town of Cato, and passed nearly all of his life in Onondaga County. In his early days he was a popular musician, and his services were in great demand at dance's and other social functions of his community. He was a quiet, honest farmer, one respected by his neighbors. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Harry Stuibbs officiating. Burial was made in Maple Grove Cemetery, Jordan.
