Bom November 12, 1903, in Eldorado, Okla., Mrs. Higgins has lived in Olney for 50 years before moving to Iowa Park three and half years ago. She and Henry Winfred Higgins were married in Eldorado in 1922. He died in 1984. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist church.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Toller of Iowa Park; one son, Bobby Leon Higgins of Corpus Christi; one sister, Ruth Daniel of Hot Springs, Ark.; eight grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death in 1981 by another son, Wesley Dennis Higgins.
Burial was in Olney's Restland Cemetery with arrangements under die direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.
