Byron Lee Abbott is buried in an unmarked grave, in an entire block of unmarked graves. However, it is possible to fix his location by the markers in the rows east and west of his.

In this picture, there are two relevant grave markers. In the center bottom is the marker of Mary L. Starlin. She is exactly foot-to-head with Byron in the row immediately west of his.

The bases of five tree trunks are visible near the top of the picture. To the right of the trunk second from the left is an upstanding bouquet of flowers. One row closer to Mary Starlin's marker than the flower bouquet is, is the marker of John Smithwick. Mr. Smithwick's marker is two graves to the left (north) of Ellen Stroud, whose grave is exactly foot-to-head with Byron Lee Abbott's grave.

This picture was taken while I was facing east. Each grave is on the far side of its marker or marker space.
