Lela Jane Lyne, the daughter of Michael W. and Iva Baird Yonally, was born November 20, 1914 at Syracuse. She departed this life Sunday, June 6, 1993 at the Nicol Home in Glasco at the age of 78 years 6 months and 16 days.
The family moved to the Oakhill area in 1919. She was united in marriage to Ernest E. Lyne of April 15, 1937 at Washington. All their married life was spent farming near Oakhill. Her husband preceded her in death June 5, 1992.
She was a member of the Mount Liberty United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Mount Liberty Friendship Circle and an Extension Home Unit.
