From his Marriage License issued 19 Jun 1919 in Whiteside County IL he was married 21 Jun 1919 and filed 25 Jun 1919 and recorded 25 Jun 1919 in Marriage Register D on page 204:

According to the Illinois State Archives Illinois Statewide marriage Index,

Samuel E Lowry married Jennie Wilt (most likely John Franklin Wilt's sister) 1892-05-31 recorded in Volume B Page 102 Lic No. 4026 in Carroll County

John Franklin (J Franklin) Wilt married Jennie Ann Livingston 1893-09-24 recorded in Volume B Page 107 Lic No. 4223 in Carroll County

The 1870 Federal Census for a Franklin Wilt lists both Franklin born abt 1854 and a sister Jennie born abt 1868 in IL living in Salem, Carroll County, Illinois.

So.... Sam Lowry m1) on 31 May 1892 in Carroll county IL to Jennie Wilt, b 1868 in Illinois
and NOT Jennie A Wilt b ABT 1862 ? (wife of John Franklin WILT b 1854 in PA)

I think I have this fixed in my Ancestry tree now.
This means that Sam & Jennie's two daughters: Cecil F & Bessie M (?) are daughters of the younger Jennie (WILT) LOWRY b 1868.

That means I'm still looking for graves for Jennie (WILT) LOWRY b 1868, and her two daughters: Celia F LOWRY and Bessie M LOWRY.
