The daughter of Rudolph McMillan and Rebecca Ann Moxley, she was married to Robert Edmund Minor. She is survived by one son; one sister, Stella Stump; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by two brothers, Ray and Armie McMillan; and one sister, Faye Adams.
