Danny Payne, passed away Sunday July 20, 2008 at 10:45 a.m.
Mr. Payne was born in Irving, Texas on Nov. 27, 1949 to parents Orville Payne and Ogie Rogers Payne. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Tommy, and step-father Robert Kimble; and grandmother Era Bacon.
He attended Irving Schools. For 28 years he was a painter for Allen Brothers Painters. His hobbies were fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife, two sisters, six children, eight grandchildren,and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were set for Keever Chapel on Wednesday July 23, 2008, with Billy Allen officiating. Memorials may be sent to American Cancer Society. Interment was set for Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary.
