Charles William "Chuck" Hilton
Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Charles William "Chuck" Hilton, Gadsden, who died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011. The Rev. Danny Bowlin will officiate. Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory directing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cordell Hilton, and sister, Lucille Hilton.
He was a Vietnam veteran who served in the Big Red One. He loved to be out on a sailboat.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors: mother, Evelyn Hilton; brother, Cordell Hilton; sisters, Barbara Steed and Gwendolyn (Johnny) Cofield; nieces, Angy (Jason) Hicks, Megan (Alan) Dean; nephews, Alan (Amy) Knighten), Gary (Tammy) Morgan and David Lowe; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
