Born on April 20, 1908, in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late George and Bertie Ellen Pryor Parsons.
Agnes worked 45 years for the C&P Telephone Co., where she held several positions and was a service assistant and instructor for many years until her retirement.
She was active in work at Asbury United Methodist Church, treasurer for the Mount Hermon Homemakers Club. Other memberships include: Pioneers of the Telephone Company and was president of the fellowship and membership organizations, charter member of AARP, Fairmount Academy Historical Society, Wicomico Historical Society and Eastern Star Wicomico Chapter 91.
She is survived by three nieces; many great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll T. Leach, in January 1999.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church.
