He was a 1936 graduate of Hamburg High School and attended Wyomissing Polytechnical School. Andrew was a World War II veteran, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, 613th Ordnance Battalion. He was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Township. Andrew could be found every week in his booths at Renninger's, Adamstown, Leesport and Reading Fairgrounds farmer's markets with his daughter and family. He never took a vacation. He always said he was on vacation every day.
Surviving is his daughter, Andrea K., with whom he resided; his son, Andrew M. Muller, Jr., and his wife Carol; two sisters, Anna (Muller), wife of William Beckley; and Grace Muller; three grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Andrew was predeceased by a brother, Robert R. Muller, Sr.; and a sister, Ruth (Muller) Collins.
Services will be on Monday at 10:30 a.m. from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., Hamburg (off street parking in rear). Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tilden Township. A visitation with the family will be held in the funeral home Monday 10 to 10:30 a.m.
