Leona B. Moritz, 87, of Fulton, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at her home. She was born February 24, 1921, in Shawneetown, Illinois, the daughter of the late Soloman and Bessie (Harpool) Bradley. On November 25, 1943, she married Walter J. Moritz in St. Louis. He survives at their home.

She is also survived by three daughters, Cheryl (Jack) Rogers of Fulton, Maureen Montgomery of Fenton and Gail (Wayne) Legge of Fulton, two grandchildren, Christopher and Brad Montgomery.

She was preceeded in death by her parents and Step-father.

Leona was a homemaker. She was a member of the Independent Congretional ChurchUnited Church of Christ of St. Louis. She was a dear wife and mother and she also loved animals.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton with Chaplain Tom Graddy officiating. Entombment will follow in Callaway Memorial Mauseleum.

Family will recieve friends on Saturday from 12:00pm until time of service at the funeral home.
