A funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday in Cochran and Waud Sunset Chapel for Rudolph Clarence Baker, who died Friday of a heart attack in his Oregon City home. He was 72.
Vault interment will be at Redland Pioneer Cemetery
Mr. Baker was born Feb. 10, 1920, in Okemah, Okla. He moved to California as a young man. He married Dorothy Hughes on Dec. 4, 1943, in Marysville, Calif. The couple moved to the Redland area of Oregon City in 1951.
Mr. Baker worked as a truck loader for the Oregon Portland Cement Co. for 31 years, retiring in 1982.
"n addition to his wife, survivors include his daughters, Lois Windon and Rudy, both of Oregon City, and Susie Clift of Portland; sister, Mearl Coe of Gridley, Calif.; brother, James W. of Yuba City, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
