Mrs. Cora Ford, 71, died at her home on West Burnford Street in Richwood, Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock after an illness of two weeks duration. She was a member of the Central Methodist church of Richwood.
Mrs. Ford, daughter of Joseph and Sarah Middleton Moore, was born January 14, 1880 in Union County. She was married to Charles A. Ford October 20, 1906.
Surviving besides the husband is a son, Harry Olen Moore, of Richwood and one brother, William Moore, of Delaware.
Rev. J. C. Stitzel, assisted by Rev. Clyde Forsythe, conducted the funeral services Monday afternoon
at 2 p. m. in the Central Methodist Church. Burial in charge of Marion Winter was in Claiborne cemetery.
